Important Driver Hiring Guidelines

Verified Route Experts: All drivers are background-verified and expert navigators for hilly terrains (Meghalaya, Arunachal) and highway sectors.
Mandatory Fooding Policy: Driver's fooding expenses must be provided by the client under all circumstances, regardless of whether the trip is an In-City assignment or an Outstation tour.
Outstation Night Lodging: For outstation night halts, proper overnight lodging/stay arrangements for the driver must be completely managed or compensated by the client.

Overtime Cost: In-City duty threshold limit is fixed at 12 hours max. Any extra extended hours will attract a strict overdue charge of ₹150 / Hour.
Vehicle Insurance & Breakdowns: Since our driver will operate the client's vehicle, all legal liabilities, accidental damages, insurance claims, and mechanical maintenance belong to the vehicle owner.
